Established in 2003, Bazzini Consulting has over 20 years of benefit administration operations and technology experience. Bob Bazzini, President, has an extensive background in application development, HR, Payroll and Benefit Administration.
A featured speaker at the 2005 Benefit Management Forum & Expo, Bob is also an expert on HIPAA EDI 834 transactions, and has designed and implemented solutions that automate and manage the delivery of enrollment and eligibility information between HRIS systems and Insurance providers, including Blue Cross of FL, Cigna, and VSP.
Bob led the team that designed and developed Ceridian Source 500 HR/Payroll, and before that led the design and development of the FLX Visual HR product line, which won HR Executive Best New Product two years in a row. Most recently, Bob led the application development and operations for a benefit administration outsource provider. During his tenure, the system was used to process over 500,000 enrollments, 5 million benefit elections, and over 15,000 eligibility file feeds to over 100 insurance carriers.
